HI, I’M LAURA
Hi! I’m Laura, a Women’s Wellness Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in providing holistic therapies for women.
My passion lies in offering therapies that are carefully tailored to each individual, helping women embrace organic, wholesome lifestyle choices, bringing in womb health and better birth. I am deeply committed to empowering women and supporting their emotional and physical well-being in every way I can.
Creating a calm, nurturing space is important to my practice. My therapy space is designed for ultimate relaxation, with candles, crystals and soothing music to set the tone. I often incorporate frequency music, which helps relax the body at a cellular level. Whether you’re seeking support with fertility, dealing with a specific concern, or simply looking to recharge, I’m here to help you find calm, restoration and better emotional and physical health.
Mizan Therapy – traditional reproductive healing. Mizan (pronounced like Milan) is an Arabic word that means balance. By using traditional reproductive healing techniques, Mizan Therapists seek to restore balance when life feels unbalanced – physically, emotionally or spiritually.

‘Thumbs up for Charlie’ has been created in memory of beautiful 5-year-old Charlie who died after heroically battling an ependymoma brain tumour for three years.
We love to welcome families to our self catering holiday let Dusty Clough Barn who simply need some time to rest when going through difficult times.
