Hi! I’m Laura, a Women’s Hypnobirthing Coach & Wellness Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in providing holistic therapies for women.
My passion lies in offering therapies that are carefully tailored to each individual, helping women embrace organic, wholesome lifestyle choices, bringing in womb health and better birth. I am deeply committed to empowering women and supporting their emotional and physical well-being in every way I can.
Creating a calm, nurturing space is important to my practice. My therapy space is designed for ultimate relaxation, with candles, crystals and soothing music to set the tone. I often incorporate frequency music, which helps relax the body at a cellular level. Whether you’re seeking support with fertility, dealing with a specific concern, or simply looking to recharge, I’m here to help you find calm, restoration and better emotional and physical health.
Hypnobirthing
Hypnobirthing with me is all about helping you feel calm, confident, and fully in control as you prepare to meet your baby. Whether it’s your first birth or your fourth, I’ll guide you with practical tools, mindset shifts, honest and holistic support to help you let go of fear and trust your body. Birth doesn’t have to be scary, it can be powerful and positive experience. I’m unbelievably passionate about birth and nurturing woman like you. I feel deeply when woman come to me having had a difficult and often traumatic experience with birth. This rite of passage is taken away from many woman. It isn’t your fault. Birth doesn’t need to be feared. I can help you go from feeling worried and fearful to feeling excited and calm about giving birth!
